Checkout Help

Please follow these instructions for assistance with completing the checkout process on Heico-Direct.

1. Once you have added all of your products into your basket click on the ‘Checkout’ button. 

At this stage the Carriage for your order is not added to your Basket. Once you have clicked on 'Checkout' and logged in/registered as a new customer the relevant carriage will be added to your order. The Carriage is added before you are asked to pay so if you are not happy with this charge you can cancel your order at this point before any monies are taken.

 

 


2. This will take you to the following page where you can register as a new customer, or if you have purchased from us before, log in using your user name and password.

 

 

3. The next page enables you to confirm that your billing and shipping addresses are correct and to choose a Shipping Method. Simply check that we have your correct addresses and then select how you want your order to be shipped, either 3-5 Day, Next Day or Saturday Delivery.

 

 

 

 

 

Once you have made your selection click on ’Confirm Order’. This will take you directly to the secure PayPal website where you will pay for your order.


4. You are now within the secure PayPal website. PayPal is the leading secure on-line payment processer in the UK and the details you enter here are not held by Heico-Direct. Here you can either pay by your Credit/Debit card or by using your PayPal account.  To pay via your PayPal account simply enter your details into the “Log into PayPal’ field and follow the instructions as usual.

 

If you choose to pay by Credit/Debit card click on the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” heading.

 

5. If you have chosen to pay by Credit/Debit card you will be taken to the following screen.

 


6. Now select your card type from the drop down box and enter your credit card details as requested and click on ‘Review Order and Continue’.

 

 

 

 7. Final Step! Review your details on this page and then click ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment process.

 

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order and we will send another e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
