Our Delivery Options
Due to the vast array of different products on Heico-Direct our delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery service selected.
We offer a full range of delivery options to our mainland UK customers:
Mainland UK delivery is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Post or DHL depending on option requested and weight of your order.
Our charges are based around the Postcode Zones used by our parcel courier, DHL Parcel UK, which can be seen by clicking on this link: dhl-postcode-zone-maps-eng-wal-0222
To determine exactly how much your carriage charges will be, simply add your required products into the basket and then enter your post code in our ‘Calculate Shipping’ tool to view your delivery options and costs.
As a guide most mainland UK addresses (those in Zones A and B on the DHL map) are as follows:
Standard Delivery – 3-5 business days
Up to 1kg = £6.09+VAT
Up to 2kg = £7.09+VAT
Up to 30kg = £7.30+VAT
Next Working Day Delivery
Up to 1kg = £8.25+VAT
Up to 2kg = £9.10+VAT
Up to 30kg = £9.55+VAT
Delivery Charges for orders weighing in excess of 30kg can be found by using the ‘Calculate Shipping’ tool in your basket.
Addresses in DHL Post Code zones C and D (including N. Ireland) will incur different charges as they include areas that are classed as more ‘remote’ and so can take longer to reach. Again, by using the ‘Calculate Shipping’ tool in the basket you can quickly and easily see the delivery options available and the costs.
Please note that our carriers cannot leave parcels in safe places as all shipments require a signature upon delivery. For shipments via DHL you will receive email notifications from DHL regarding the status of your delivery. These emails will provide options for changing the delivery if you know you will not be in. With shipments sent via Royal Mail, if you are not in at the time of attempted delivery the postman will leave a card with details of how to arrange collection locally or re-arrange delivery.
Delivery for Air Compressor orders is FREE OF CHARGE to mainland UK, but a carriage charge will apply to any other items ordered with a compressor. For Compressor Kits the Compressor element of the kit is supplied FREE OF CHARGE DELIVERY to mainland UK addresses but the staple gun, hose and coupling will be dispatched separately and will incur a carriage charge, this will be confirmed in your basket. We do not accept Compressor orders from outside the mainland UK.
Our Adhesives range cannot be shipped outside the UK. We also cannot ship to N.Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Shetland Isles, Orkney, Isle of Man, Isle of Mull, The Hebrides, Isle of Skye, Summer Isles, Isles of Scilly and also UK post codes PA81-82, PA87-88, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-61 & PA76-78. Adhesives can only be sent via DHL at the higher rate and not via Royal Mail.

*This is a typical transit time for the destination from the date of dispatch from our premises, not the date we receive your order.
** The carriage rates on this site for Spain are for the mainland only. If we receive an order for any of the Spanish Islands, we will contact you with details of any additional carriage charges that are applicable. Customers can decide not to accept these additional charges and we will of course cancel the order and provide a full refund if this is the case.
Orders received from countries within the EU will be contacted to request details of relevant EORI numbers for customs purposes. Customers in Northern Ireland will also be contacted for details of relevant XI EORI details.
We can offer delivery to worldwide destinations outside of the above stated areas, if your country does not come up as a delivery option in checkout, please contact us direct with your requirements and we will confirm carriage costs.
Please note that any shipments to destinations outside of mainland UK may be liable to local customs duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any charges and taxes due and you will be contacted by the courier to clear any such payments. Heico-Direct accept no responsibility for these costs and they are not included within the price of your order.
