This C.S.Osborne brand Button Short Cutter is for use with our W1 & W3 Button Press machines. This cutter is used to cut out a circular patch of fabric to be sued for button covering. This extra fine steel cutter eliminates waste and cuts fabric to the required size so that you can make perfect covered buttons every time.
