1. PLACING AN ORDER
1.1 Browse our website and add your chosen products to your basket
1.2 Check all items are correct.
1.3 Proceed to Checkout.
1.4 Complete Customer and Billing Information as directed.
1.5 Complete Payment Process (via PayPal).
2. PROCESSING OF ORDERS
2.1 Credit and Debit cards are debited on the day you submit your Order to us.
2.2 We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order (for the terms of this agreement orders are despatched Monday – Friday excepting Bank Holidays).
2.3 If circumstances determine that we are unable to meet this delivery aim we will notify you via the e-mail address supplied on your submitted Order.
3. RIGHT TO CANCEL
3.1 By law, customers located within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
3.2 When returning goods under this 7 day ‘Cooling Off Period’ you must tell us in writing that you wish to cancel the order. This written confirmation can only be accepted by us in the form of a letter, fax or e-mail, phone calls will not be accepted as confirmation of cancellation.
3.3 This confirmation must be advised to us within the 7 working day period after the date the item is delivered. Any cancellations confirmed after this date will not be accepted.
3.4 Refunds for Cancelled Orders will be made as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after we have been advised by you of your decision to cancel.
3.5 All cancelled goods must be returned, complete with the original confirmation slip and at your own cost, to our registered address as soon as you have advised us of your wish to cancel your order within this 7 day Cooling Off Period.
3.6 You have a Statutory Duty to take reasonable care of those items that constitute the cancelled order. Such items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were received.
3.7 In instances where we believe that reasonable care has not been taken of returned cancelled goods we may, at our discretion, make a claim for breach of this Statutory Duty.
4. RETURNS POLICY
4.1 Items may be returned between 7 and 14 days of receipt and, where there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item only.
4.2 In such instances the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
4.3 Items ordered specifically for a customer or made/cut to order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4.4 In the case of faulty items we shall be entitled to replace or repair faulty goods free of charge or at our sole discretion to provide a refund, as applicable.
4.5 Return carriage costs incurred by you will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.

• War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition
• Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority
• Import or export regulations or embargoes
• Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of ours or of a third party)
• Power failure or breakdown in machinery
7. RISK & PROPERTY
7.1 Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you upon receipt of your order.
7.2 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen items or any other provision of this agreement, property of your chosen items shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen items.
