Refund and Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and return the items within 14 days of the date the items were delivered. You are responsible for arranging delivery back to us, as well as any carriage costs.

All returns must be received back in the original packaging and in a saleable condition for a refund to be given. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

Products that have been cut to size or bespoke products cannot be returned for a refund. This includes our range of hand painted Artisan Sofa Legs & Feet, as well as our linings & base cloths and chair webbing.

Returns Process

If you wish to cancel your order and return the items, please follow the below instructions:

  1. email us at [email protected] or call us on 01268 745421 (please see our ‘Contact Us’ page for our office hours). You will need to notify us of your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  2. We will then send you an email with an address label for your parcel as well as a Returns Reference Number.
  3. Please print the address label and attach to your parcel. Please be aware that this label is purely an address label and is not a pre-paid courier label, you are responsible for arranging return.
  4. You must either include a copy of the returns email that you received from us in your parcel, or add the Returns Reference Number to the copy of the Delivery Note you received with your original delivery.
  5. Arrange delivery back to the address on the supplied returns label. Please obtain a sales receipt or certificate of posting from your chosen courier/Royal Mail.
  6. You have 14 days to return the goods to us, from the date that you advise us you wish to return them.
  7. Return carriage costs incurred by you will not be refunded unless the items are faulty.

 

Refunds for cancelled orders will be made to the original payment method as soon as possible but no later than 30 days after we have been advised by you of your decision to cancel and/or 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

 

Faulty Goods

In the case of faulty items please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call us on 01268 745421 with details of the fault. We are entitled to replace or repair faulty goods free of charge or at our sole discretion to provide a refund, as applicable.

You must notify us of any issue within 30 days of receipt of the goods, providing full details of the fault.

 

Damaged Deliveries

If a delivery is received damaged we must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of the goods, either at [email protected] or on 01268 745421.
