To comply with the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 you are required to use the correct fire labels. This Swing Label states that that the cover fabric itself is not match resistant but that the inclusion of a fire resistant interliner means the item meets the required standard. The label states that:
- Cover Fabric Not Match Resistant
- Meets the 1988 safety regulations by inclusion of a fire resistant interliner
- Caution – Carelessness Causes Fire
